Some things are faster to resolve elsewhere, because we're an independent site and don't have access to orders or accounts:
About an order or a refund
Purchases are processed by ClickBank, not by us. We can't look up an order, change one, or issue a refund.
Go to support.clickbank.com with your order number — it's in the receipt email you received at purchase.
About a reading you purchased
The reading and sketch are created and delivered by the vendor. If yours hasn't arrived, or you have a question about its content, contact the vendor directly using the support details on their website or in your confirmation email.
About this site
Anything else — a question about the quiz, something that looks broken, a privacy request, or a press or partnership enquiry — write to us and we'll get back to you.
